Try this smooth and creamy green smoothie using an avocado instead of a banana. Bananas are often best with other fruit or alone in a smoothie.  Sometimes the combination of the leafy greens causes digestive discomfort. You already know how I feel about having a healthy digestive system.  Give it a try and let me know what you think;-) Health is wealth!!

2 handfuls of spinach

1 small ripe avocado

1 1/2 cup of Rice milk or coconut water

1 cup of frozen wild blueberries

1/4 tsp. of Ceylon cinnamon

*Optional* I also add goji berries when I have them available.
