
I put together this plan of action that you may find fits your lifestyle. Remember, nothing is carved in stone, do what works for you;-) This has worked for me over the past years and I have shared it with many of my friends in the past that loved the overall results. I plan to start my feast tomorrow, however, any week of January that works for you is the best time for you to start. The sooner the better;-) I’ll also post recipes that you may follow and please share any of your recipes that you may use during the feast.
Here are a few things to remember before starting your feast:
- Consult your doctor before starting any juice cleanse
- Listen to your body!!
- Start flushing your body with fluids, decreasing your caffeine, sugar and meat intake, and eating lighter meals 2-3 days prior to the start of your feast.
- Make sure to drink 8 oz. or more of water in between your juice feast.
- The purpose is to cleanse and rebuild your digestive system, not to cleanse and shut it down.
- Eating at the end of your short cleanse is essential for helping you feel full instead of starved. Meals should consist of only fruits and veggies. If you choose to eat fruit, please choose to eat it alone.
Five Day Juice Feast With A Twist Plan Of Action
6 am~Meditate/Pray; Two cups of warm water with lemon
7 am~Smoothie #1..see recipes
9 am~One cup of green tea..I love Touch Organic tea because the bags are unbleached
11 am~ Smoothie #2..see recipes
1 pm~ One cup of green tea
3 pm~ Juice #1 with one tablespoon of ground flax seeds…see recipes
*WATER BREAK* 8-16 oz.
5 pm~ Juice #2 with one tablespoon of ground flax seeds…see recipes

7 pm~ Juice #3 with one tablespoon of ground flax seeds…see recipes

9 pm~ One cup of herbal tea
*Soak in the tub for about twenty minutes with 2 cups of Epsom salt and 5-10 drops of your favorite essential oil …I love lavender!
