I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday filled with love, laughter, peace, joy and lots of good food!! Now it’s time for a juice feast! Who’s with me? Starting tomorrow, I will be posting a feasting plan that you may follow with some of my favorite juice combinations. Our feast will still consist of eating whole foods during the day and feasting on juice in the evening…if this doesn’t work for you plan it to fit your lifestyle. I will also post a grocery list of items for you to get during the week.  Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of support during the five day feast.

I have learned a lot about juice feasting over the past years from personal experience.  This isn’t about starving yourself, it’s about giving your pancreas, liver, kidneys, gallbladder, and stomach a break from working so hard this holiday season. Did you know that the pancreas plays an essential role in converting the food we eat into fuel for the body? Its main functions are to help with digestion and regulate blood sugar level. I’ll be posting more about the importance of enzymes and your pancreas this week. So, let’s focus on giving those organs a reboot. Remember to consult your doctor before starting your juice feast to determine if it is appropriate for you. Health is wealth!!

Hey Tie. I can’t wait to do this. Will you come to Windsor and be in my Yogasteysa classes and bring me some juices?
