Brazil nuts are high in  selenium which is a trace mineral that  your body needs but in small amounts.  Eating 1-2 Brazil nuts a day will give you your daily recommended dosage of 55 micrograms.  Eating more a day could be toxic! Be wise, Be healthy, Be YOU!!!!
