2 English Cucumbers

1-2 apples seeded of course;-)

1-2 handfuls of parsley (Italian or curly)

3 Celery Stalks

2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

a pinch or two of cinnamon

Juice the cucumbers, celery, parsley,  and apple. I found that if you add the parsley leaves going down it feeds through easier. Add the vinegar and cinnamon, shaking well or place all ingredients in a blender. This makes enough for breakfast and lunch! Energizing…Health is Wealth;-)))
