I thought the five day juicing journey plan would help take the “What should I drink next” from your focus. You can substitute any of the juices with your own delicious blend. Try to focus more on your veggie blends than fruit blends, you’ll feel the difference. Please listen to your body! Drink 8oz. of water in between your feasting.  I sometimes add a scoop of RAW protein powder to my juices, which adds an extra ENERGY boost. Keep a journal of how you feel from start to finish…Health is Wealth!!!

Monday:

Breakfast: 16oz. of Sunrise

Mid-morning: 32oz. of  Swiss Beets

Lunchtime: 16oz. of any greens…cucumber,kale, tomato, and red bell pepper is good!

Afternoon:  32oz. of Orange Zinger

Evening:  32oz. of Joe Cross’s Mean Green Juice

Tuesay:

Breakfast: 16oz. of  1 pear, 1/2 inch of ginger, and  1 apple

Mid-morning: 32oz. of I Beg Your Parsley!

Lunchtime: 16oz. orange or grapefruit juice

Afternoon: 32oz. of I Beg Your Parsley!

Evening:  32oz. of  Orange Zinger

Wednesday:

Breakfast: 16oz. of orange, grapefruit, and lemon juice

Mid-Morning: 32oz. of  Zucchini Mini

Lunchtime: 16oz. of Oranger Zinger

Afternoon: 32oz. of Zucchini Mini

Evening:  32oz. of  spinach, parsley, and pear

Thursday:

Breakfast: 16oz. of Sunrise Surprise

Mid-morning: 32oz. of Joe Cross’s Mean Green

Lunchtime: 16oz. of Swiss Beets

Afternoon: 32oz. of Joe Cross’s Mean Green

Evening: 32oz. of your choice of veggie juice

Friday:

Breakfast: 16oz. of Sunrise Surprise

Mid-morning: 32oz. of Joe Cross’s Mean Green

Lunchtime: 16oz. of Orange Zinger

Afternoon: 32oz. of Joe Cross’s Mean Green

Evening: 32oz. of your choice of veggie juice

Saturday:

Break your fast slowly and carefully, you do not want to throw your body into turmoil. Eat a light salad with a side of fresh veggie juice!
