Don’t worry, Be happy!  This smoothie will take you to a tropical paradise, which is much needed right about now. Choose one of your favorite green smoothie recipes from this week before your Saturday morning chores.  Enjoy this smoothie in the evening when you are relaxing!

1 cup of coconut milk or milk alternative 

1 frozen medium banana

3/4 cup of frozen pineapples

Optional: 1-2 drops of pure vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients until smooth and leave your cares behind. An umbrella is also required to garnish this smoothie;-)  Makes about 1-2 servings.
