Natural sugar and spice and everything nice, that’s what this smoothie is made of.
1/2 of a small ripe avocado
2 leaves of organic curly kale
1-1 1/2 of a frozen medium banana
1 cup of fresh or frozen organic strawberries
1 cup of rice milk
Pinch of cardamom and/or allspice
*Optional: 1 tsp of raw honey
Blend all ingredients until smooth and watch the sun rise. Makes about 1-2 servings.

Avocado is very rich and filled with good fats. I think I will start using more avocados in my diet as a peanut butter substitute
