Popeye would have been proud of this power punch smoothie.

1 cup of fresh organic celery juice-This is about 4-5 thoroughly washed stalks, freshly pressed(juiced).

1 handful of organic spinach

2 leaves of organic curly kale

1 frozen medium banana

*Optional: 1 tsp of raw honey =5 extra grams of sugar

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy all of its nutritional compounds! Makes about 1-2 servings.

Calories=about 285     Fat=0g     Sugar=about 38g     Protein=about 6g    Fiber=about 6g
