Avocado in a smoothie? Yes! It’s loaded with healthy fats and makes one of the smoothest smoothies.

1 small ripe avocado-Slice both sides, turn the top and bottom in opposite directions, take the seed out, and pop the avocado goodness from its shell.

1 handful of raw spinach

3/4 cup of frozen raspberries

1/2 cup of pineapple juice

1/2 cup of filtered water

1 tbsp of juice from a lemon

1 tsp of raw honey

Add avocado, spinach, pineapple juice, water, lemon juice, and sweetener to the blender, blend until smooth. Continue with frozen raspberries and enjoy!
